I Love helping Pastors
I’m passionate about strengthening pastors and their teams. Pastoring is an incredibly complex vocation. Where you juggle multiple hats and face all sorts of challenges. It requires a healthy soul, integrity of heart, strong relationships, godly wisdom, and skilfulness in your work. When ministry is thriving, God’s blessing is evident, people are being reached, and the church is growing—but even that brings new challenges to navigate.
That’s why I love what I do. When I help pastors and their teams, I know cities and communities are being impacted for eternity.

The story of Caleb and Joshua inspires me and lies at the heart of this ministry. In Joshua 14, Caleb, at 85 years old, declares he is still as strong as when he was 40, and just as committed to the Lord’s purposes. That’s what I’m committed to personally, and it’s what this ministry is all about—helping pastors arrive at 85 (if the Lord wills), stronger in their soul, marriage, family, and ministry than they are today.
Our coaching focuses on these four areas. Coaching is all about you—helping you become all God has called you to be. I’ve heard it said, “You have to be well to build well,” which is why we provide two coaching calls a month. One focuses on your well-being, and the other on building well.

We often start with a 2-day executive offsite with your leadership team. This immersive experience evaluates, unifies, and propels your team toward greater success. Through engaging sessions and personalized strategies, we equip leaders to recognize strengths, address weaknesses, and foster a resilient culture.
