Our Story

Joel & Katie Milgate

I’m a Pastor, Author and Leadership coach and consultant, with over 18 years of Pastoral experience. For many of those years I was the senior Pastor of Curate Church, a large multi location church in New Zealand. I’m an Author of ‘To Lead’ a practical guide to leadership in churches and faith based organisations. I live with my awesome Wife Katie in New Zealand with three of our four children. (the oldest is married and living his best life).

In this season Katie and I are teaming up to help Pastors, churches and leaders across the world.

We recently sensed Gods call to transition the senior leadership of the church we had spent our lives serving. Now we are taking what we have learned in more than 18 years of ministry and helping others. We love supporting, pastors, coaching pastors, consulting with teams and helping churches stay in step with the story God is writing with them.
